I have so many moods that I draw from for inspiration, but a vintage/preppy look is most definitely one of the main ones at the moment.

There are some exciting developments happening for Wild Flower. I can't wait to show you them......Oh and this is the 100th post whoop whoop!

Kimono Wisdom

I just got my wisdom teeth out and I'm in pain!!! Thats why this outfit is chilled out comfort and why I'm slightly in disguise with my sunnies & hat...I feel like someone has punched me in the face. Owwwww!

It was a great find, its so gorgeous. I think I'm gonna keep some scented oil in there.

Its also raining through my roof!

I really wanted to take some photos today and just as I was setting up outside the rain came down, as you can see. I love the rain so it didn't worry me too much...and luckily there was still a tarp in the backyard left over from the last festival we went to, so I grabbed that to cover the camera...the neighbors probably thought I was nuts (had to use their fence to hang the tarp on).

Lately I have been thinking about Proenza's fall collection. They got that dark preppy mix just right. I find myself starting to use more collars, makes me feel more scholastic. Haha! Maybe I will start calling them Proenza Scholastic! (sorry bout that)...Ahem...

This is my first take on the Proenza riff, think I will run more with this train of thought; when the rain clears up!

These are my dungarees founded just as the Salvos turned all Boutique on my ass. I like the easy feel of wearing these. Like your dressed in one go..like a dress I guess.

I have been working on commissioned work for quite a few weeks now. My favourite project being some dropped crotch pants in NZ merino wool. And the drop crotch is such an easy style its like cheese on spinach. In other words ...yumm.
