Doing a bit of a 'what I wore today' & pulling a Jak&Jil on yer ass.
Just a few side notes on some of the pieces I'm wearing today;
I pretty much dress myself almost entirely from the Salvo's....reasons being...I don't have the money to buy expensive clothing and I hate shopping in regular clothing stores coz its frikkin boring, overpriced & most of the time I can't be arsed with the style of service. I like rummaging around the salvo's and trying to suss out if things are good ugly or just plain uuggg-ly! Man, you can get some bargains....pure wool sweater slash cardi jacket type thing....uhhh $7. Sweeeet.
I think Perri Cutten is an old school Aussie label. This blazer, although you can't see it in it's full technicolour glory here, is made out of fabric that totally resembles a tie. A textured and very richly coloured slightly shiny fabric. It reminded me of something from a men's Gucci collection, or dare I say Balmains winter 2010. A lux 70s vibe.
These pants......!!!! Love them!!
They are literally horse riding jodhpurs I wore all last winter and have pulled them out again. They are the most comfy warm numbers for my legs 11. I have noticed around the blogworld that American Apparel have put out a riding pant style just like these...well can't be as good as these o-rig-i-nals here....but yeh might try track some down coz these are just too good and I wear them most days.
My shoes.... probably one of my most favourites.
